PREAMBLE

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

ARTICLE 15 - ANY OTHER BUSINESS
The articles sold by Atomium in conformity with description and the presentation are given in the catalogue and/or on the site. Except in the event of contractual or legal provision contrary, any operation intervening between Atomium and the user, not disputed within one month as from the delivery, cannot give place any more to complaint.
ARTICLE 16 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE
The present conditions are subjected to the Belgian law. In the event of litigation, the Belgian right is of application and only the courts of the legal district of Brussels are qualified.
